Yes! Island Oaks loves animals! All dogs must be non-aggressive and leashed when outside. There is a 2-3 pet maximum per site. Be sure to check out our dog park for fun with your furry friends!
The speed limit is 10 MPH. The speed limit is enforced to ensure the safety of all of our guests.
Island Oaks does not accept individual pieces of mail for its guests; however, we do accept FedEx, UPS, and overnight priority packages. Guests must ensure that the package has the correct name and site number.
There are 8 total people allowed per site. You may have visitors at $5 per day as long as they are within that 8-person maximum.
We do offer day passes based on park capacity. They are limited due to this and can be checked for availability by calling our front desk at (904) 420-7822. The rate is $20 for all-day passes.
Check-in for RV sites is at 1:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Check-in for rental units is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out for rental units is at 11:00 a.m.
Our lake toys are set to be up on Memorial Day – Labor Day. If there are any date changes, they will be announced on our social media pages.
We do have Wi-Fi throughout our resort!
Yes. If you book an RV site within a week of the reservation, there is a one-night deposit with taxes. Within a month, it is a 10% deposit with taxes. More than a month requires a 25% deposit with taxes. For rental units, the deposit is a one-night stay.
If an RV site is canceled 48 hours before the reservation, a full refund will be issued minus a $20 processing fee. For rental units, the cancellation fee is the one night’s rate of the rental unit. Extended stays require a 2-week notice for a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. The deposit will be forfeited if any reservations are canceled without proper notice.
We offer extended-length sites up to 70 feet. Our pull-thru sites are our largest, and you can specify what length you need when booking online or over the phone.
We allow guests to bring their own firepits to their sites if they are raised off the ground and contained. We ask that our guests clean up after their fires. We also have two firepits by our clubhouse for our guests’ enjoyment.
The quiet hours are from 10 P.M. to 8 A.M.
Yes, you can bring your own golf cart! We need proof of insurance for the golf cart and a golf cart fee of $10 per day.
This is a cashless resort. We accept checks, money orders, credit cards, and debit cards only.
Yes, we do! Early check-in is offered per request and is based on availability. Early check-in for cabins is $50/hour before 3 p.m. and early check-in for RV sites is $20/hour before 1 p.m. If you’d like to arrange an early arrival, please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability.
We are open 7 days a week from 7am to 11pm.
